A builder by trade, Tyler was born in Dunedin and raised in the small country town of Methven after moving to Canterbury at age five—and now proudly considers himself a true Cantabrian. Based in Christchurch, he brings nearly a decade of experience in the construction industry.

Tyler has a strong technical and practical understanding of the building process, and he’s always happy to offer clear, honest advice to help clients make confident decisions. Having bought and sold property multiple times himself, he knows the journey can feel overwhelming—but he’s here to guide you every step of the way, making it as smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible.

With a genuine passion for construction and a love for helping people turn their ideas into reality, Tyler combines expertise with empathy. Outside of work, he’s a keen rugby supporter—you’ll often find him cheering on his beloved Methven Rugby Club, spending time outdoors, catching up with mates, or relaxing with his fiancée, Holly.

Originally from West Otago, I have recently returned home to New Zealand after more than seven years living and working in London.

While overseas, I developed broad experience across all areas of the construction industry, working with a diverse range of people and projects.

Now settled in Canterbury, I’m passionate about turning ideas into reality and supporting others to reach their goals. I bring a down-to-earth, energetic approach to my work and genuinely enjoy building strong, trusting relationships. I’m committed to making the building process as clear, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible for everyone involved.

Outside of work, I love spending time with loved ones, doing yoga, and exploring outdoors as often as I can.

Born and raised in Christchurch, Jo is a proud Cantabrian with extensive experience in real estate and in the residential building industry. She helps clients with everything from investment opportunities and turnkey packages to custom-designed homes. As an investor herself, and with a Diploma in Financial Advice and Residential Lending, Jo brings practical insight to the property market and enjoys helping clients make informed decisions to build long-term wealth.

Passionate about property and people, Jo is committed to building strong relationships and making the building process as smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible for her clients.

Outside of work, Jo is a proud mum of two teenagers and enjoys an active lifestyle. Whether she is running, walking her Border Collie in the Halswell wetlands, following sport, or indulging her love of cars, she values staying active and connected to her community.

Building is in Cameron's blood. Growing up with a builder for a dad, it was less a career choice and more a way of life — and that foundation has shaped everything about how he works today.

A proud Cantabrian, Cameron was raised in Methven before making Christchurch home a decade ago. With eight years of hands-on building experience and two years as a construction training advisor, he brings a rare combination of practical know-how and the ability to communicate it clearly. He has a sharp eye for the finishing details that separate a good build from a great one, and a genuine belief that every client deserves to understand exactly what's happening with their home at every step of the journey.

People are at the heart of everything Cameron does. He's motivated, solutions-driven, and knows that building a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make — so he takes the time to make sure it feels clear, confident, and as stress-free as possible.

When he's not helping clients bring their dream home to life, Cameron is exactly where he loves to be — at home with his fiancée and their two kids, an energetic three-year-old boy and a five-month-old daughter who's already keeping the whole family on their toes.

Born and raised in Christchurch her whole life, Sarah can confidently say that she is a local Cantabrian through and through. When you meet with Sarah it will be impossible to not have a smile on your face, with her contagious energy, bright and bubbly personality and immense knowledge in construction, makes the home building process enjoyable and stress free for everyone that deals with her.

With over 10 years of experience as a New Home specialist, Sarah is very passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their home goals by turning their dreams into reality. Having personally built three times herself, she genuinely understands the building process and is able to clearly explain to her clients all the steps involved from start to finish.

Sarah believes there is no substitute for hard work, and works around the clock to make sure that her clients wants and needs are understood. When she eventually takes a break, Sarah loves spending time with her family at kids sporting events and walking the hills in the Halswell Quarry as often as she can.
