Their extensive plans mean there is really something for everyone's budget but so easily customizable. We really felt supported and in the hands of real professionals who made the whole process of building so easy. The quality of work from their builder and the other contractors was second to none and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. This is the second house Today Homes have built for me. Prior to building, I did a lot of homework, requesting pricing from 3 different building companies and both occasions Today Homes came out on top. Delivery dates, size, price (value for money) – believe me a did a lot of research because building a house is a huge investment. I do not have one regret selecting Today Homes for each house builds and would highly recommend anyone to engage with Today Homes when building. The consent was in – now the build starts – I met Mike on site, we walked around the section with the house plans ensuring we were both on the same page. Personable guy, easy to talk to and he had a wealth of knowledge about the building industry, the process of a build, all my questions could be answered on the spot. I discussed the time frame expectation with Mike right at the beginning, he sent through a build progress plan right down to the day and Today Homes achieved every date target, in fact, hand over date was a week early. Mike managed all parties very well and not one company dropped the ball on timing. Mike is a great asset to have on the Today Homes Team. Some people say, building a house is very stressful – I say, no idea what they are talking about, both my builds with Today Homes were far from stressful! And just to top off the fantastic service and support I received from Today homes (not to mention a finished product that I absolutely love) is that I was given a bottle of Champagne to celebrate when made the decision to go ahead with Today Homes, a beautiful gift basket full of all sorts of goodies on my new bench for hand over day and then scrumptious Chocolate cake from Divine was delivered to my door for the 1 year anniversary of being in my new house.
