Born and raised in the South Island, Todd soon found himself at home in Canterbury with attending school at Christchurch Boys’ High then commencing his building apprenticeship afterwards in the heart of the Christchurch rebuild. Todd has been with the building industry for the past 8 years and has learnt a wealth of knowledge in this time. He has a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others.

For the past few years, he has successfully helped many families within Canterbury achieve lifetime milestones. Whether that be a first home, family home or an investment property.

Todd’s friendly, reliable nature and understanding makes these goals possible. Todd is a very determined individual, who is always seeking results that exhibit the best of his ability. He has successfully obtained a Diploma in Business management, level 5 Financial Management Course, and is currently working towards a Bachelor of Applied Science (Communication and Psychology).

Working alongside a myriad of different people, Todd has developed architectural, residential, and commercial building experience to fit everyone’s needs. His strong family values and honest nature make Todd a like-minded and relatable person. His attributes are a testament to him and his career success thus far.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys DYI jobs around home, Jiu Jitsu and playing with his two dogs Malcolm & Mila.
